Job Description

We are looking for a talented and driven Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) to lead our clients' technology strategy and ensure that their IT initiatives are aligned with their business goals. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance and support for technology investments, while tailoring solutions to address each client's unique needs. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver innovative, impactful technology solutions that drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute IT strategies that support clients' business objectives.
Conduct regular assessments of client IT infrastructures to identify areas for improvement.
Offer expert guidance on technology-related issues and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and security.
Build and nurture strong client relationships with clear, consistent communication and timely follow-up.
Lead strategic technology planning sessions and facilitate discussions on new initiatives and projects.
Oversee the successful implementation of technology projects, ensuring quality delivery.
Stay current with industry trends to offer clients insights on new technologies that could benefit their business.
Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and mutual understanding.
Continuously guide client services toward industry best practices.
Work within the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework to drive results.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
Strong project management and strategic planning capabilities.
Proven experience as a vCIO or technology consultant.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
Up-to-date knowledge of technology trends and innovations in the IT industry.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
CCISO or CISSP certification is preferred.

Enjoys reading books on leadership, self-improvement, and business development.

$80,000 - $125,000, depending on experience + Performance-Based Bonus
