Job Description

Monroe Christian School in Capitol Heights, MD is looking for one remote executive assistant to join our team. We are located on 6912 Walker Mill Rd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion) is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones if required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to anticipate executive needs and take initiative.
