Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing commercial policyholders and possess the skills necessary to manage commercial insurance policies from start to finish. The role offers the flexibility to work either from home or in our office. We have offices located in Scranton, Pittston and Wilkes Barre.

Requirements:

• Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Commercial lines service experience and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Service - Answer calls from existing clients and providing them with the service they require for their existing insurance policies. These services include but are not limited to making payments, processing endorsements, providing certificates of insurance & advising on coverage recommendations.
• New Business - Acquire all the necessary information from a client and have the ability to provide quotes from our multiple lists of insurance carriers.
• Process renewals - Review policy renewals and advise on where coverage gaps exist and offer coverage alternatives. Work with underwriters on the pricing. Re-underwrite the policies to make sure that they are up to date and meet company guidelines.
