The Indiana State Medical Association, a non-profit professional association representing over 10,000 members, is hiring a Managing Editor to join our team of professionals dedicated to advocating for and supporting physicians, residents and medical students in the state.
This role, part of the 7-person membership and marketing department, serves as the primary planner, writer and editor for ISMA publications and online communications, in addition to supporting internal client departments for marketing, branding and other promotional projects along with our annual policy-making convention.
ISMA offers competitive salaries, generous health, dental and vision insurance and retirement/profit-sharing benefits as well as free underground garage parking at our offices in downtown Indianapolis on the canal. We are currently on a hybrid work schedule and anticipate this position would be in the office two to three days per week to begin in 2025. New employees start with four weeks (20 days) of paid time off, not including 9-10 office holidays per year.
