Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex industrial design projects from conception to completion. As the primary client contact, you'll oversee project planning, coordination, and financial management to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project design activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality objectives
• Develop and implement project plans, contracts, and financial management strategies
• Coordinate with design/build teams, clients, and contractors to ensure effective project execution
• Maintain accurate financial records, manage project invoicing, and ensure project profitability
• Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and project delivery

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading multi-disciplinary design teams
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Proven experience working on complex industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, accounting, budgeting, and cost allocation
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• PMP certification, Design/Build experience, and Food Processing project experience are highly desirable
