One of our favorite clients—voted Best Firm to Work For —is expanding! Due to growth, they are adding a Litigation Legal Secretary to their Austin office . This is a hybrid role (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) with a dynamic team.

What You’ll Do:
📌 Provide high-level support for a busy team handling complex commercial litigation, international arbitration, and product liability cases.
📌 Assist in preparing for depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials .
📌 Draft, edit, and finalize legal documents with strong technical proficiency .
📌 Manage filings, case files, calendars, and travel logistics with precision.
📌 Interact with clients and legal staff with professionalism, poise, and top-notch communication skills .
📌 Identify potential issues, anticipate team needs, and ensure seamless case preparation.
