Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Independent Recruiter to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing screening and submitting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. Your expertise in recruitment will play a vital role in helping us build a strong and talented workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract talent within many industries.

• Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards social media networking and referrals to identify candidates.

• Screen resumes and conduct screening calls to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for available positions.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and job requirements.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.

• Stay informed about industry trends and competition to improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years Proven experience as a recruiter.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment software and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

• Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates.

• Successful placement track record.

Education:

• High School Diploma or Higher

Compensation:

This is a commissionbased independent contractor position. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
