The Marketing Coordinator manages and maintains all social networks for ECP, which are focused on commercial real estate social media marketing, and handles direct mailings/emails and other marketing projects as needed.

The Marketing Coordinator is tasked with highlighting the great work occurring within the businesses on relevant social media platforms, maximizing exposure, and increasing the company's brand profile exposure. They will be responsible for identifying new opportunities to build brand awareness.

ECP is looking for a bright, enthusiastic, dedicated coordinator. This full-time position is ideal for someone who handles responsibility well, wants autonomy, and is a self-starter. Responsibilities

• Create and implement a social media strategy for ECP.
• Strong ability to plan and schedule social media posts.
• Plan and schedule social media posts 4-5x weekly.
• Capable of creating professional and attractive graphics.
• Develop content, traffic, and brand awareness to be distributed across all ECP social networks.
• Craft content that engages potential new tenants, current tenants, employees, and the community.
• Ensure that social networks remain a source of information regarding the news and activities of ECP.
• Promote ECP's people programs and utilize social media to support recruitment activities.
• Monitor and track analytics and effectiveness of social media strategy and provide weekly updates regarding progress.
• Manage all ECP's social media Paid Ads.
• Stays up to date on industry best practices for social media and trends.

Direct Mailings and Emails:

• Create Postcards for Property Listings per week via Stannp.com.
• Send up to 500 E-Blasts per week for Property Listings via ReSquared.

General:

• Monitor and reply to Crexi and LoopNet inquiries.
• Assist the Marketing Team in any additional projects as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications

• Graphic design required. Please submit samples of your social media postings or your graphics portfolio.
• Associate Degree, B.S., (or equivalent experience) a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive marketing and social media business content development required.
• Proficient in the Adobe graphic suite of products required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and professionalism.
• Ability to organize, coordinate, and implement.
• Works well independently.
• Strong sense of judgment.
