Administrative Front Desk Clerk / Customer Service Representative
For over 30 years, Taxvance has been a trusted leader in tax preparation and immigration services, serving the Sunset Park community and the tri-state area. We are seeking a highly motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) professional to join our team as an **Administrative Front Desk Clerk / Customer Service Representative**. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring seamless office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact, providing exceptional bilingual customer service and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Manage front desk operations, including phone inquiries, appointment scheduling, and client communications.
- Assist clients with tax preparation and immigration-related questions, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain organized records, handle data entry, and provide administrative support to enhance office efficiency.
- Offer translation and interpretation services as required.
Qualifications:
- MUST BE FLUENT in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or front desk roles preferred.
- Knowledge of tax preparation and/or immigration services is an asset.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
