JOB DESCRIPTION
A large utilities client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction schedules, excellent time management skills, and the ability to manage projects from inception to completion. As a Construction Project Manager, you will collaborate with architects, engineers, and general contractors (GCs) to ensure successful project execution. Your responsibilities will include monitoring progress, coordinating activities, and maintaining project budgets and schedules. This person will be overseeing interior restroom upgrades, lighting upgrades, sprinkler upgrades, duct replacement and BAS (Building Automation Systems upgrades). This position is hybrid in Kennet Square, PA on an as needed basis.
