About EDM Recycling: EDM Recycling, based in Chino, California, is a global leader in electronics asset management. We help businesses securely retire and recycle their electronic assets, offering services such as data destruction, data center decommissioning, and electronics recycling. Our clients range from mid-sized businesses to Fortune 500 companies across the U.S.

We are looking for a Logistics / Operations Manager to join our team and support the General Manager. The ideal candidate will help streamline logistics and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery
• Negotiate contracts and rates with transportation vendors to optimize costs and service.
• Monitor performance data and transportation metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import/export requirements
• Create contingency plans to address transportation disruptions and minimize risks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics management with a proven track record
• Strong knowledge of international transportation (air, ocean, ground)
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Interest in IT industry processes is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is a plus

This position is based in Chino, CA, and requires the candidate to be on-site
