The Role:

As Vice President of Sales (North America) , you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the client base, and leading a high-performing sales team. This is a leadership role that requires a strategic mindset, a hands-on approach to business development, and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a robust go-to-market strategy for North America
• Hunt and secure new logos across the industrial sector, focusing on large enterprises with complex OT security needs
• Lead and expand a high-performing sales team, ensuring strong execution and revenue acceleration
• Build deep relationships with key stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, and industrial operations leaders
• Partner with marketing and product teams to refine positioning and messaging for the North American market
• Drive multimillion-dollar deals, negotiating at the enterprise level and managing long sales cycles
• Represent the company at industry events, reinforcing its reputation as a market leader

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success in OT security sales: You must have a strong track record of selling OT security solutions to industrial clients.
• Established network: You should already have deep relationships within manufacturing, energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure sectors.
• Sales leadership experience: Previous experience in building and scaling sales teams within a high-growth cybersecurity or industrial software company is essential.
• Strategic and hands-on approach: We need someone who can both set a vision and execute it, balancing high-level strategy with day-to-day sales leadership.
• Strong business acumen: You must be comfortable navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and closing large, high-value deals.
