Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Remote Tax Senior to join our team and work with a diverse client base, including private companies, construction, insurance, real estate, manufacturing, and not-for-profit organizations. This role offers flexibility, with the option for fully remote work or a hybrid schedule in the Irvine, CA area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare complex multi-state tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals, including consolidated filings.
- Manage a variety of client accounts across different industries, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tax documents.
- Collaborate with team members, managers, and partners to provide excellent client service while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Keep up-to-date with tax regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance and to provide well-informed advice to clients.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- CPA license or in the process of obtaining one.
- A minimum of three years of recent public accounting experience.
- Strong experience with multi-state, consolidated tax filings for corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
- Insurance industry experience is a plus.
- Technologically proficient with excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
