Job Description

KR SOLAR POWERED BY LOTUS is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Consultant to join our team. As a Solar Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping homeowners transition to renewable energy solutions and save money while benefiting the environment. With a deep understanding of solar power and energy solutions, you will educate potential customers about the advantages of switching to solar, conduct site visits to assess each homeowner's energy needs, and provide personalized recommendations based on their requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Educate potential homeowners about the benefits and advantages of solar energy
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess each homeowner's energy requirements and create personalized recommendations
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition
  • Prepare detailed proposals and quotes for potential customers
  • Coordinate with installation team to ensure smooth project implementation
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements in solar power
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in solar sales, preferably in a direct sales environment
  • In-depth knowledge of solar power generation, energy systems, and related technologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
