The Senior Superintendent provides overall direction on projects, and develops and maintains strong working relationships with the owners and architects throughout the project lifecycle. This individual evaluates project performance, site conditions, safety and quality standards, compliance with scope, and effective management of trade partners. This individual is also responsible for ensuring that constructability reviews, logistics plans and baseline schedules achieve project turnover requirements.

Qualifications
Our good faith estimate of the compensation range for this opportunity is a base salary of $200,000 - $270,000 if based in the San Francisco market. Individual pay decisions will vary based upon the experience and qualifications of the applicant. This range is based upon San Francisco market rates and determined by considering many factors such as external market salary survey data, internal data for comparable roles, and the operational and budgetary objectives of the company. Suffolk also offers a comprehensive benefits package as part of its overall compensation strategy.
