Senior Communications Specialist Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Communications Specialist .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that effectively manage and optimize both internal and external communications. We are looking for a proactive and strategic thinker who can handle multiple priorities and drive our communications efforts forward.

This role will involve performing some tasks from our Vilnius office.

Feel free to work remotely from anywhere across Lithuania or connect with colleagues at our Vilnius and Kaunas offices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies by creating and maintaining comprehensive communication plans, messages and assets
• Identify opportunities to amplify brand visibility and maintain strong relationships with media outlets
• Generate engaging content including but not limited by press releases, blogs and social media posts to effectively communicate key messages
• Oversee internal communications initiatives, including implementing strategies, managing communication channels, creating content and supporting location-wide events
• Provide copywriting and editorial support for various publications and interviews
• Monitor, measure, and analyze communication activities to derive actionable insights and produce comprehensive reports
• Support image and employer branding events by ensuring public speaking compliance. Provide training and assistance to speakers to enhance their performance at these events
• Foster collaborative relationships with different teams and departments within the company

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in PR, Journalism, Philology, or related field with at least 1.5 years of experience in PR and Media Relations
• Proficiency in English and Lithuanian at C1 level or above
• Copywriting, editing, and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to produce high-quality content requiring minimal revisions
• Experience in the Lithuanian and Latvian media markets, including successful pitching of brand stories to media outlets
• Critical thinking skills to assess communication strategies and adapt as needed
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

Salary range €2.5K-€3K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
