1. The Scrum Master will oversee all four streams alongside the Business Analyst. Responsibilities include tasks like:
Ensuring test cases are available
Verifying the location of scripts
Confirming success criteria are met
Setting targets and managing alternative-day stand-ups
2. The four streams include:
a. Data Masking
b. Test Data
c. End-to-End Testing
d. BTAF Framework Online Banking and DNA, which includes open source, test automation, Selenium, and migration from current code to newer code. The Scrum Master does not need to have expertise in Online Banking and DNA but must be able to evaluate whether the migration of old code to new code is feasible and prove its viability.
