Job Summary:

PSCI is seeking an accomplished and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and nurturing new client development across various regions. They will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with prospective clients, possessing exceptional communication skills, an engaging personality, and a demonstrated track record of success in sales.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and cultivate new client development, focusing on expanding the company's client base both locally and across different regions.
• Lead sales presentations to potential customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor communication style to various audiences.
• A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Self-motivated and driven, with an exceptional ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
