About the Role
As an Internal Recruiter, you will lead the charge in attracting and hiring top-tier talent, partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to meet strategic recruitment goals. This role blends strategic planning, hands-on recruiting, and relationship-building to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Sourcing: Use creative methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify top talent.
Collaboration with Business Leaders: Partner with hiring managers and HR to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct intake meetings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and ensure the right fit for the team.
Diversity & Inclusion: Advocate for diverse hiring practices and build inclusive talent pipelines.
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage recruitment metrics to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
Enhance Employer Branding: Position the organization as an employer of choice by promoting our commitment to innovation, excellence, and diversity.
Exceptional Candidate Experience: Create a positive, seamless journey for candidates from first interaction to onboarding.
Performance & Goal Management: Drive results through a performance-based commission structure in addition to a guaranteed base salary.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 5+ years of professional recruiting experience (preferred).
Core Skills:
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition best practices.
Knowledge of employment regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Technology Skills: Experience with HRIS, ATS, and MS Office applications.
