Role: Project Manager

Location: IL/Chicago Hybrid

Duration: 6 months

Job Description:

• Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of distilling complex information for various audiences.
• Advanced problemsolving and risk management capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira Azure DevOps MS Project or Smartsheet.
• High level of adaptability and resilience in managing challenging project scenarios

Questions:

• Lead and manage the endtoend lifecycle of transportation software implementation projects including planning execution and closure.
• Support facilitation and the creation of detailed process documentation to ensure clarity and operational efficiency.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects managing dependencies and ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Utilize SAFe Agile or Scrum methodologies to drive project success and foster a culture of continuous improvement; including facilitation Planning sessions and SAFe team ceremonies.
• Provide regular updates and clear communication on project progress risks and mitigation strategies to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT business stakeholders and external vendors to achieve project goals.
• Identify and manage risks proactively addressing potential challenges.
• Develop training plans and coordinate knowledge transfer to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Certifications: PMP CAPM SAFe CSM or equivalent project management certifications are highly desirable.

• The Project Manager will be a key player in ensuring that projects align with Organization strategic goals and deliver measurable impact.
• This position requires Chicagoland residency with a minimum of three days per week onsite to work directly with the client.
