Job Description

Job Title: Program Manager, Consumer Goods and Consumables

Contract Duration: 10-month contract, possible extension or hire

Location: Seattle, WA (onsite)

Pay Rate: $70/hour to $76/hour (Based on experience)

Responsibilities:

Driving Variations Program:

• Spearhead the development and refinement of the program-detail twister page framework to accommodate various product and service variations.
• Ensure the framework aligns with industry best practices and delivers a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.

Build Framework Based on Brand Feedback:

• Collaborate closely with the branding team to integrate brand feedback into the framework development process.
• Adjust and enhance the framework to accurately reflect the brand's voice, values, and positioning in the market.

Gathering Feature Gaps Attached to Strategy:

• Conduct thorough analysis to identify and document feature gaps that need addressing within the strategic plan.
• Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize feature gaps and develop actionable plans for bridging these gaps.

Engage Based on Brand Insights:

• Leverage brand insights to create compelling and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure brand insights are effectively incorporated into all aspects of the framework and strategy execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

7+ years of experience working with consumer goods and consumables

Previous project/program management experience

Proficient in Excel and SQL

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
