Job Title: Project Manager Job Requisition:SE1047 Job Location: Chicago, Illinois Job Type: Full Time Duties: Determine project scheduling and project decisions based on client objectives while managing client relationships and conflict resolution; guide teams to project execution through the development of procedures and winning strategies; manage required teams of subcontractors, including negotiating contracts and overseeing and evaluating their performance; develop project budget for each project by applying financial acumen; provide on-site supervision as necessary to ensure performance criteria and standards are being met; identify and address areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and risk including fee, our reputation, errors and omissions; and facilitate critical stakeholder meetings to discuss project deliverables, such as scheduling and budgeting. May telecommute. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a project management-related occupation.\ \ Experience must include:\ \ Project management including managing meetings, minutes, action plans, and follow-ups;\ Design management;\ Interpretation of architectural drawings and technical construction;\ Development of technical specifications for industrial and laboratory equipment;\ Commissioning and qualification plan development and execution;\ Construction scheduling and planning;\ Construction EHS management including review of STAs, JHAs, and other project execution safety documentation;\ Project budget management;\ Adaptive Work PM software;\ MS Project and PM Scheduling Software; and\ Construction procurement and contract development.
