Job Description

Position: Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, individualized care for pediatric patients. The role involves treating children with various complex conditions in a collaborative team environment, focusing on physical, occupational, speech, and feeding therapies, among others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Treat 10-12 patients per day, delivering evidence-based therapy.
• Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations of patients.
• Develop and update patient care plans in partnership with the medical team.
• Supervise student interns as directed by the department manager.
• Participate in clinical quality assurance initiatives.
• Provide patient and family education in both verbal and written formats.
• Complete required documentation and progress reports in accordance with departmental standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care and participate in staff development activities.
• Additional duties, such as splinting, as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current NYS Physical Therapy license in good standing.
• Experience in a pediatric clinical setting is preferred.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually (based on experience).

Schedule :

• Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Flexible hours available)
