Job Description

Venture Capital Managing Partner is currently seeking a Personal Assistant to support her busy and big life. The Principal is scheduled back-to-back all day every day and so requires a PA who is hyper-organized and two steps ahead at all times.

The main elements of the role will include:

  1. Property Management – working with household staff for a townhouse in NYC and a house in Florida on projects both small and large.
  2. Scheduling and calendar logistics – managing her personal schedule including dinners and appointments.
  3. Travel – extensive global travel planning, including extensive multi-week/month-long trips that may bridge both work and personal. Coordinate with their travel planner.
  4. Hosting and entertaining – work with an existing network of vendors for events (up to 50/60 people) in their NYC home.

The role requires someone who has experience supporting on the property management side of things while also being strong on the personal assistant duties. You will have extreme attention to detail and be a self-starter who is also confident enough to ask questions. You will be highly tech-savvy, and comfortable with G-Suite.

When the Principal is in New York, she requires that someone works out of her home on the Upper East Side, but due to extensive travel (e.g. 3 months over the summer, ~2 months a year in Florida, and other international trips) there will be a lot of time where you are able to work remotely.
