Job Description

• Establishes a therapeutic relationship and creates a detailed plan of care with the patient and family mutually determining the aspects of care which are most important.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of plans and interventions to promote optimum achievement of established goals. Initiates and maintains open communication with other members of the team to assure that the patient and family receive the full scope of interdisciplinary expertise and services with a coordinated and integrated plan of care.
• Communicates with patients families subordinate staff and peers to ensure that plans and associated interventions are understood operationalized and revised as appropriate.
• Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Assesses the physical psychosocial and educational needs of the patient.
2. Plans and implements nursing care according to patient and family needs.
3. Makes appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.
4. Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions.
5. Assumes personal responsibility for quality patient care patient satisfaction environment and professional development.

• FULL FLOAT POSITION REQUIRED

Upon Submission:

1. AHSA will review and deem a clinicians application eligible/ineligible for an offer
2. Offer will be made to agency
3. Once Offer Acceptance is received AHSA will send confirmation details to the facility
4. Facility will have 48 hours to name clear clinician eligible for work
5. AHSA will inform agency that the clinician has been namecleared & is ready to start compliance

• BLS (AHA)
