Achieve Pediatric Therapy has been serving children and families in central Florida since 2007. Our focus is on family-centered services and interventions that enhance motor skills, behavior, and development. We offer multi-disciplinary services including occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, behavior therapy, and music therapy.We are seeking skilled and compassionate therapists to join our team!

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist located in Orlando, FL. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing sensory integration therapy, pediatric occupational therapy, early intervention services, and working with children on a daily basis. Caseload would include in-clinic and home-community based services central to our clinic located in east Orlando (32825 and 32828).

Responsibilities:

• Evaluation of pediatric clients using standardized measures
• Provide evidence-based treatment
• Electronic documentation of daily therapy notes and evaluation reports
• Collaboration with other professionals on multi-disciplinary team
• Parent/Caregiver communication, education, and support

Qualifications/Skills:

• Valid Florida OT license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Florida Medicaid Provider number (preferred)
• Strong skills in Working With Children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Creative and energetic
• Strong professional ethics and self-discipline
• Bilingual a plus!
