Outpatient Director (LISW or LMHC)
An accredited outpatient facility in Boston is looking for a Director to lead their team. This site is part of a well-known Behavioral Health organization with locations in 10 different states. They focus on providing individualized care through evidence-based treatment and a healing environment that supports recovery. You will be responsible for the growth and management of your site. This will include the daily operations and clinical oversight of staff.
Job Duties:
• Manages the programming, fiscal management, and quality management for the site.
• Manages different program staff members (Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Admins, Registered Dietitians, etc).
• Maintain knowledge of different diagnoses and treatment modalities serviced in the programs.
• Develops therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Conducts assessments and facilitates groups as needed.
• Collaborates with the HR and Admissions teams.
• Conducts 1:1 sessions with staff members each week.
• Lead and participate in staff meetings.
• Assists with grants.
• Assists with the hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and termination of staff.
• Provides oversight for the staff for two programs with admissions, discharges, and chart audits.
• Participates in presentations at events throughout the Boston area.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 Years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) required.
