We are seeking a results-driven Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team in Hutchinson or Litchfield, MN. This position will generate new business through referrals, underwriting, structuring, closing real estate loans, and servicing an existing portfolio. Additionally, it will require business development and community involvement.

Loan Officer Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with new and current clients.
• Contact customers to discuss loan needs.
• Evaluate credit and financial histories.
• Determine the best loan products for the customer's needs.
• Process and submit loan applications and documentation.
• Advise clients on loan status.
• Maintain and update client account records.
• Coordinate with the team to meet the scheduled closing date.

You Will Need

• High School Diploma, bachelor's degree in finance, business, or accounting preferred.
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a mortgage lender or mortgage loan processor.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal loan regulations, including TRID.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Navigator, Encompass, or other mortgage loan processing platforms.
• An outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic team-oriented personality.

This role's typical annual/hourly base pay range is between $27 and $37 per hour. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on organizational and personal performance.
