Position Highlights:

Dr. McCabe and his team at Advanced Oral Surgery in Lakeville are looking to add an outgoing individual who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care. We are looking for a fun, hardworking, team player to help us grow the practice and continue to serve the Lakeville area and surrounding communities with all their oral surgery needs. Previous dental experience a plus but not required.

The primary role of the Surgical Assistant is to support the success of the surgeon by providing exceptional patient care resulting in the best clinical outcomes and meets the needs of our patients. Surgical Assistants provide various patient care and office duties as described below.

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed Dental Assistant
• CPR/BLS Certification
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• BLS Certification (or completed within 1 month of hire)
• Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities, demonstrating good judgment and critical thinking.
• Passion for ensuring safety and exceptional attention to detail, vigilance, and meticulousness.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent manual dexterity and superior listening skills, especially in emergency scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous oral surgery experience (preferred)
• DAANCE/IV Sedation Certification (preferred)
