Position Overview: As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the legal team by managing multiple calendars, processing correspondence, handling file management, conducting research, and managing billing. This position is ideal for individuals with strong critical-thinking skills, adept at project and information management, and capable of efficiently analyzing and evaluating solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to lawyers and paralegals.
  • Manage multiple calendars and schedule appointments.
  • Process correspondence and mailings.
  • Handle file management and document organization.
  • Conduct research and verify legal documents.
  • Compose and proofread legal documents.
  • Manage billing and invoicing processes.

Qualifications:
