Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and organized Legal Assistant to join a criminal defense firm. This position primarily involves administrative support and front desk responsibilities, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors by answering phones, greeting guests, and directing inquiries appropriately.
Schedule appointments and maintain attorney calendars.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
