The  Lead Pastry Cook  is responsible for the opening, setting up, running and the closing of the bakery, in addition to ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the bakery are kept up to brand standards. This position prepares all baked and pastry goods to the specification of the chef, and is expected to follow standard recipes at all times. The Lead Pastry Cook is additionally responsible for training and assisting other bakers, pastry cooks and pastry assistants on a daily basis with prep work and other functions in the bakery.

• Expected Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour + tips
• Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time 

The “must haves” for this position include:

• 2 year minimum pastry and baking experience

We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:

• Knowledge of different breads, doughs and pastries
• High volume baking and pastry

The expected pay range is $19.00 . This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
