In this role you will keep our buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, removing rubbish, vacuuming, etc. To be considered for this role, you will have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and typically 1-3 or more years of relevant experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, removing rubbish, vacuuming, etc.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Maintain/repair motorized cleaning equipment.
• Duties will also include managing supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance.
• Notify management of the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and typically 1-3 or more years of relevant experience.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• A solid work history and a strong background in janitorial.
• Knowledge of floor cleaning.
• Must know how to operate a floor scrubber and ride floor machine.
• Knowledge of all types of floor cleaning equipment and proper use of cleaning chemicals.
• Must be willing to deep clean restrooms, kitchens office areas and open warehouse areas daily!
• Valid Colorado drives License, with acceptable driving record.
• Dumping outside trash as needed.
• Must be a self-starter and able to work with limited supervision.
• Punctuality and good attendance a must.
• Able to work overtime as needed.
