Job Title : Hair Stylist/Barber (Full-Time or Part-Time)

• Must be available on Sundays (our busiest day)
• Eligible for a referral bonus upon successful completion of pre-interview questionnaire and qualified interview

• $15 per hour base pay

Our salon, now approaching its second anniversary, is growing rapidly in popularity with the local community. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality haircuts while maintaining a friendly, collaborative, and high-energy environment. Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver high-quality haircuts according to the Great Clips model in 14 minutes or less.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure every client leaves satisfied and looking great.
• Contribute to keeping the salon pristine by participating in cleaning duties and maintaining a tidy workstation.
• Assist in product sales to earn commission while recommending great products that suit our clients’ needs.
• Embrace opportunities for coaching and mentoring fellow stylists to foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
• Be an active and supportive team member, always ready to help others and work collaboratively.
• Be available to work a full day shift every Sunday, as it is our busiest and most important day.

Qualifications :

• Cosmetology or barber license required.
• Prior Great Clips experience is highly valued but not required.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, following the Great Clips system.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and advance within the company.
• Positive, energetic, and willing to contribute to our supportive, team-based culture.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized salon.
