Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Flight Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing travel logistics, coordinating flight schedules, and assisting with immigration processes. This role requires excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients or company personnel. The candidate must be flexible to travel internationally as needed and must possess a valid passport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage flight schedules, bookings, and travel arrangements.
• Assist with immigration procedures, including visa applications and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all travel regulations and requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for travelers, providing support and resolving any travel-related issues.
• Communicate with airlines, travel agencies, and relevant authorities to confirm bookings and updates.
• Maintain accurate records of travel documentation, expenses, and itineraries.
• Monitor flight statuses and proactively address any delays or cancellations.
• Provide overall logistical support for international and domestic travel.
• Coordinate transportation and accommodation arrangements for passengers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align travel plans with company policies.
• Be available for international travel as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in travel coordination, flight operations, or immigration assistance is a plus.
• Strong understanding of visa application processes and international travel regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent travel requests.
• Multilingual skills are an advantage.
• Must be flexible to travel internationally as required.
• Must possess a valid passport.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in aviation, travel coordination, or immigration services.
• Familiarity with airline ticketing systems and travel regulations.
• Ability to manage last-minute changes and emergency travel situations.
