Job Description

Responsibilities include:  

• Managing departments repairs and maintenance budget for company fleet. 
• Performing routine maintenance/repairs on fleet vehicles & equipment. 
• Applicant should have the ability to diagnose mechanical issues & hold a general understanding of small engine equipment, gas/diesel vehicles & hydraulic machinery. Additionally, applicant should be capable and prepared to manage an assistant mechanic that will work alongside applicant. 

Job Details: 

• Must possess their own hand tools. 
• Must have current valid drivers license (CDL Preferred, not required).
• Should be familiar with DOT requirements & regulations.
• Keep a clean, organized work space.
• Be capable of managing a budget and projecting vehicle repair/maintenance costs.
• Maintain & create relationships with current equipment/supplies vendors.
