About the Role
The Company is seeking an EVP of Customer Success and Services to play a pivotal role in the long-term success of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of customer success, professional services, and support motions, with a focus on ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes and maximize the value of the tech skills development platform. This role demands a seasoned executive with a proven track record in a senior customer success leadership position, particularly in a growth environment. The EVP will be tasked with building and scaling global teams, creating industry-leading customer journeys, and driving customer retention and renewals in partnership with sales and services leadership.
As the EVP, you will be expected to be a transformational leader, operationally excellent, and a team player who is committed to a culture of customer success. The role requires a strategic champion of the customer journey, with the ability to influence and align with various departments to enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B SaaS, experience in leading teams that utilize CRM platforms, and a strong focus on data-driven success motions. The EVP will also be responsible for developing other leaders within the organization and will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to drive rapid revenue growth and ensure collaboration across the global customer success organization.
