Position: HVAC Superintendent (Commercial HVAC)

Base Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 +Best-in-class benefits
Summary:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Develops forecasts and implements strategic plans to accommodate corporate goals.
· Directs operation activities and sets department as well as individual performance goals accordingly.
· Reviews market conditions to determine customer needs, installation schedules, and pricing.
· Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast for revenue and margin dollars per company standards
· Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control uniformity.
· Assigns territorial or specific clients responsibilities to technical or sales representatives.
· Provide sales pipeline analysis for manpower planning and scheduling
· Analyze sales statistics to formulate policy and assist in forecasting sales.
· Make sales presentations to key clients in maintaining relationships or negotiating and closing deals.
· Preparation and presentation of AAM technical information to consulting engineers for addition to specifications and acceptance as a bid participant.
· Assists construction department in technical solutions and project close-out publications.
· Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
· Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
· Negotiate third party vendor pricing to reduce costs and increase company profits
· Maintain cost center within planned budget.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
*Coordinate as required with personnel on the construction and service side installations for project commissioning and turnover to client.
*Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training technicians and sales employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
