Job Summary: The Chief Risk Officer (CRO) will be responsible for overseeing the bank's risk management framework, ensuring that all risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices. The CRO will work closely with senior management and the board of directors to develop and implement risk management strategies that support the bank's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework.
* Identify, assess, and monitor all types of risks (credit, market, operational, liquidity, etc.).
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Provide regular risk reports to senior management and the board of directors.
* Lead the risk management team and foster a culture of risk awareness throughout the organization.
* Collaborate with other departments to integrate risk management into business processes.
* Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
* Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, or CFA are highly desirable.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management within the banking industry.
* Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management best practices.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
* Ability to work effectively with senior management and the board of directors.
