Job Description:
Retaining and expanding all business banking relationships. Works independently, relying on experience and analytical skills while adhering to established policies and procedures to create, implement and maintain business banking product standards. Provide recurrent training for business banking products and services to officers and support staff. Present periodic reports to loan committee.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Retaining and expanding all business banking relationships.
• Providing support for all business banking clients, including online banking, remote deposit, ACH/wire transfers, merchant services products, and daily customer service needs.
• Driving customer relationships primarily by depository needs with the ability to cross-sell and/or refer cash management services and loans as appropriate.
• Communicating with customers regarding any issues that may arise with the daily work load.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree and one year or more experience in banking customer service.
ENTRY LEVEL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Represent the organization in a courteous and professional manner.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of all duties required in business banking products and services.
• Ability to analyze complex data and system processes and make decisions and recommendations based upon the data.
• Ability to explain complex information to a wide range of customers.
• Possess strong decision-making abilities.
• Working knowledge of all laws, regulations, and policies.
• Working knowledge of the Precision system.
• Ability to teach business banking products and services to officers and support staff.
• Ability to multi-task.
