Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Asset Protection Agent to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital role in protecting our stores from loss and ensuring a safe and secure environment for our customers and employees.

What You'll Do:

Partner with store management to implement and execute loss prevention strategies.
Conduct store audits and identify areas for improvement in security and operational efficiency.
Investigate and resolve incidents of theft, fraud, and other security breaches.
Conduct surveillance and deter theft through proactive measures.
Train store associates on security protocols and loss prevention best practices.
Conduct thorough investigations and interviews related to inventory shortages and policy violations.
Support organized retail crime investigations and partner with law enforcement as needed.
Contribute to a safe and secure environment for all employees and customers.
What You Bring:

2+ years of experience in Asset Protection, retail security, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent observation and investigative skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong ethical and professional conduct.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Bonus Points:

Bachelor's degree.
Wicklander-Zulawski interview and interrogation training.
Experience in retail operations.
