Persolvent is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounting Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and has a passion for numbers. The Accounting Associate will assist with various accounting tasks and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial information.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: - Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, credit cards, and expense reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Perform data entry and administrative duties as needed.
- Assist with audits and other financial projects as required.
Requirements: - Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Business Central is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Working Hours: - Flexible schedule, with 12-20 hours per week.
- Must be available to work during standard business hours.
- This is a remote position.
